Bleed area not shown in printing house?

dear all

 

i newbie in ai design.

 

while not familiar ai, use word design , adjust pdf indesign adding bleeding area.

 

the trim mark shown in pdf file. however, printing house said cannot identify trim mark.

 

can know problem is?

i have defined bleeding area already.

you defined bleedbox of 230x300 there no printable content because clipping path hides it.

and turning off leaves »hole« @ top.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
