someone stole my serial number!?

when try register serial, system tell me installed many times lr, not so.

 

i legaly purchased lr 31.11.2015 (order nr ad006412405ch) .

 

and i'm unabe register, may because old pc crash , have install them on new system without unistall them?

 

how can clear license , start again?

assuming lr6, need contact support , ask them reset activations.

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if fails connect try using different browser.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
