Saving and moving files from Lightroom CC

this may amateur question decided try out trial lightroom before purchasing. cant figure out how "save" photo has been edited.

also, know if after saving edited photo how move computer can accessed without lightroom?

once edit image in lightroom, edits automatically saved within lightroom however, original image remains is.

in order save image outside lightroom, need export edited versions.
