Downloaded stock file seems corrupt

i licenced .ai file. downloaded computer , cc library

illustrator produces "unknown error" msg downloaded file.

 

photoshop produces "could not place because parser module not parse file" downloaded file.

photoshop produces "could not place because parser module cannot parse file" when dragging-dropping cc library.

 

the files shows licenced in licence history.

i have deleted both library file , "downloaded computer file" , re downloaded.

same problem.

 

an icon file correctly appears in cc library.my conclusion corrupt file.

 

another .ai file purchased same day works fine.

 

i not know "license again" in adobe stock means. not need second license.

 

any thoughts?
