activate livecycle designer

i cannot livecycle designer activate.  have acrobat pro subscription , have paid livecycle designer - should therefore activate.  have been going around in circles adobe support - getting me call people confused why adobe support getting me call them or waiting response adobe support find out support ticket has been closed without resolving problem.

 

i need complete project urgently.  how livecycle designer activate?

i running livecycle designer es4 on windows 8.1 pro vm through vm ware fusion.  bought windows 10 pro license , created fresh win10pro vm.  uninstalled livecycle designer win8.1pro vm , installed on win10pro vm.  livecycle designer run in evaluation mode.  evaluation period has ended , can no longer use livecycle designer.

 

i require immediate sought out - welcome.

i disappointed in adobe not offering phone on product , offer forum help. nobody else experienced issue , nobody has got answers. paid adobe livecycle , have serial number. used years, changed laptop few days ago , cannot find legal download link anywhere. links send adobe when purchased license not work either.

 

will give end of week answer question , take consumer body.

 

come on adobe, shape up!
