updating billing information


good day,

 

i received mail on 24th 3rd billing attempt failure , update billing information. today wanted update information unable so. opened chat yielded nothing @ all. representative told me sub got expired after 3rd billing attempt on 23rd. monthly payments on 28th , never had issues before.

the representative next tried me purchase 2nd subscription resolve issue.

 

anybody have tips on how resolve issue or should do?
