De-activated account problems


i unfortunately signed 2 apps 2 different email accounts.  created havoc having re-sign in when changed apps.  solution deactivate 1 of email accounts, have decided use deactivated account.  result chat session was impossible use deactivated account because can't log-in it, still prevented me changing account id it.  furthermore, deactivated account cannot deleted.  so, can't change adobe id, can;t cancel subscription, has undesired email, , re-subscribe deactivated email account.  when stated felt flaw in adobe system, rep played "you agreed terms , conditions" card, implying requesting prohibited t&cs, contain no mention of issue.  believe rep didn't have sufficient privileges change flag on deactivated account , wouldn't elevate issue did.  plan wait until time renew subscription , give adobe option of re-activating email account can renew desired email or losing had been loyal customer.
