Textframe insertionpoint

hi

i m trying insertion point of first textframe in page.

my code:

var ins=idpage.textframes.item(0).insertionpoints.item(0);

but showing "ins" invalid object , count of insertion point textframe 0(zero)

 

where wrong? how can insertion point of textframe?

please suggest

what going insertion point? want place cursor in first text frame?
