Trial version of Adobe Animate CC keeps crashing (was: trial keeps crashing)

i have trial keeps crashing no reason. unknown error. worked fine last night.

hello,

 

restoring preferences may if happening due corrupt preferences.

press , hold control+alt+shift (windows) or command+option+shift (mac os) start animate.

 

let me know if not work.
