I can't find or open my apps


after time unable open apps-  see them in creative cloud clicking nothing.  have noticed option click open gone, , no longer found on system.

this second computer have installed apps on, 1 @ apprenticeship place of work , 1 @ home. why can't access software?

log out of cloud account... restart computer... log in paid cloud account
-if have more 1 email, sure using 1 linked subscription
