HELP! How to Duplicate a edited video clip?

i have hour long video i'm editing , need use specific 10sec clip within hour long video , paste several times in same video, 10sec clip edited how want.

can explain me (as possible!) how copy 10sec clip , duplicate or paste somewhere else in hour video.

highlight/select adjusted clip, right click , pick copy.  or, highlight clip , "ctrl c".  either works put clip in clipboard memory.

 

for reasons don't understand, i've never found "paste" command in menus.  grayed out.  so, ignore that.

 

instead, move time line indicator place want copy.  press "ctrl v", insert.

 

the commands "ctrl c" , "ctrl v" go before there windows , menus.  work!

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
