genarts sapphire and low-level exception error

hi guys,

 

since 1 or 2 weeks i'm getting "low-level exception error" messages every time try use sapphire effect or transition.

didn't have trouble before, i'm curious.

 

tried switch between cuda open cl , software only,

deleted manytimes caches

and uninstalled premiere , reinstalled.

still having issue.

 

my system macbook pro retina 15" running mavericks , premiere pro cc 9.2.0

sapphire v9.02

 

hope can me!

got solution genarts support!!

 

if happens have same issues,

here info:

 

open file /library/application support/genarts/sapphireae/s_config.text text editor.

find line says "use_gpu: yes" , change "use_gpu: no" , save file.

then restart premiere , see if fixes it.

 

only thing, find s_config.text file in folder: applications/genartssapphireae/config

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
