What would be the easiest way to add text to an image [newbie]

hello have following image , want make return mailing address logo printing. add address logo @ bottom starting below blue image going left right. newbie photo editing easiest way explained in details greatly.

creating logos not best thing start learning photoshop.  need understand basics of digital images , know logo best done vector graphics.  photoshop has vector graphics support ai adobe vector editor.  logo better created in ai.  logos created in ai can user photoshop extent.  can place ai logo photoshop documents.

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
