Using PSE tags and organization with other software

i have organizational question.  have many thousands of photos manage , edit pse.  make use of star ratings , event tags.  right now, if family member wants search photos view or copy, have ask me help. i'd move photo storage drive accessible on our home network (or perhaps make period copies of local files network drive).  i'd give rest of family tool can use on own devices search (based on tags , ratings i've set), view, , copy photos (but not modify or edit).  sort of read-only version of organizer, or program accomplish same thing.

 

questions:

1) ratings , tags set in pse organizer written exif data each photo?  there need enable that?

2) suggestions on software read-only tool others use searching/viewing?

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
