Adobe Sketch and Draw files won't transfer to iMac

i used able send files adobe sketch , draw apps photoshop cc , illustrator cc. after week stopped working , receive error message on imac saying "unable open file. please try sending device again." when sending files ipad pro marked sent minute later recieve error message on computer.

 

i've tried signing out of apps cc , signing in, updating software, quitting apps , applications, , restarting both computer , ipad. able save cc folder , access both ipad , computer, cannot send workable files apps on ipad software on computer. have confirmed signed in apps , cc same user name , password. in addition, computer , ipad have same time.

 

any suggestions appreciated! i'm down wire urgent deadlines , have been trying solve 2 weeks , cannot find solution.

sorry you're having trouble. know said apps up-to-date, can check versions you're using:

are using illustrator cc (v19.2.1)? check choose illustrator in application menu.

and using recent version creative cloud desktop app (3.6.0.248)? check click on cc icon, gear icon, preferences.
