Update photoshop, not an upgrade??

i sense if information , upgrades completed [maybe complete?] users of adobe photoshop or lightroom (if product adobe exists name may wrong ... red eye effect when ask lightroom maybe adobe has pulled product store shelves)??  adobe doing , can follow while not continuing pay adobe clouds thick , may tend cause pilot error when pilot gets lost in clouds  , danger regards problem??   has , adobe ... can @ results please prior paying , paying , paying??   adobe (in opinion) needs connection persons , groups have purchased adobe products in past ... did not buy adobe software see how make (or mean own) efforts count nothing??   adobe tv or tv adobe or whatever has screens small , lynda connections have got same issue can't make out in tutorial ... , thru tunnel sound track sucks makes not sense , not stated point across??   adobe hope, hope right in next addition perhaps??

  have more questions basics of using program suffer , reason questions @ time not mean adobe me understand or of software of software has little or no value ... , virtually no dollar value added ... please find kind of dollar value added , offer software ... @ least myself adobe come little out of mud , create building environment??
