Im done with Premiere for Awhile

im pissed off don't know else say.

 

since january 26th update adobe premiere has been utter trash. have been sitting @ machine better part of 4 hours trying relink clips denoised in after effects via dynamic link link keeps breaking , seem not able see dynamically linked clips without after effects being opened eats more ram , cpu power.  why should have open ae each time see clip in our premiere timeline have merely been denoised? dynamic link not benefit if one, doesn't consistently work, , two, if bogs machine down either premiere & ae keep crashing or work slow proxy media seem wasting time opposed getting done.

 

we keep hearing 'deadpool' , 'deadpool' that.  guys not cutting film recent versions of premiere rolled out adobe.  no way.  wouldn't teach middle school video production class version of premiere our nle.  if google adobe premiere cc see complaint blogs, discussion boards users of premiere writing myriad of problems going 2014 , current version seeing results of ignoring bugs , issues don't have far find because have been telling adobe time.

 

im done.  read lot of new features coming program on nab, of course no timeline when see these implemented , until changes i'm not holding breath , i'm done program awhile.  software has gotten progressively bad last late january 2016 update rolled out has far been absolute worst update of all.

 

im pissed off.  please not respond asinine suggestions of on elaborate workarounds.

 

please fix used amazing piece of software.  until i'm not paying anymore money program 30% of time since late january 2016 update, crash on startup.

 

terrible.  slow.  buggy.  unuseable.

that's no good. sorry that. regarding projects created since update, projects migrated new version, or both?

when there heavy processing done, or single effect needs added lots of footage, may better off rendering out footage on leaving "live" in timeline. "render , replace" function rather genius situations. there's "tipping point" based on hardware , other limitations. however, sounds have have other that. that's why recommended opening case.

 

as editor, opposed many dynamically linked comps in timeline anyway. prefer keep lean , mean, speak. that's served me well.

i discount of sturm , drang see out there, friend. have few, if any, of these issues. plus, no 1 ever posts how awesome of time having software. pretty negative stuff gets posted. if have half brain , maintain decently powered computer system , hard drives regularly, there should minimal issues.

 

i willing design smoother workflow if you'll share problems besides ones i've addressed or you'd further explanation.
