How do I make Media Encoder generate an h.264 .mp4 file for 720p @ 60fps?

i have bunch of source material @ 720p, 60fps, i'd encode format can play on computer. option see "h.264 blu-ray" generates bare m4v stream burning onto blu-ray disc, rather format works out of box: how media encoder give me format can use?

 

picking h.264 "match source - high bitrate" yields 720p @ 30 fps, rather thatn 60 fps, that's not option.

 

(i'm doing comp exports after effects)
