Dreamweaver CS4, XML Parsing Fatal Error - Tried Everything, No Success

opening dreamweaver (cs4), message "xml parsing fatal error: invalid document structure, line 1 file: users/{my-username}/library/application support/adobe/dreamweaver cs4/en_us/configuration/workspace/designer.xml"

 

first, i'm on mac using os x el capitan (10.11.3)

 

second - above path doesn't exist, can't follow corrupted file. inside users/{my-username/   folder, there's no library, dead ends there.

 

what did search finder , found 2 designer.xml files, inside these 2 folders

 

macintosh hd-->applications-->adobe dreamweaver-->configuration-->workspace

 

and

 

macintosh hd-->applications-->adobe dreamweaver-->configuration-->workspacemac

 

i followed read after searching around, delete designer.xml files. deleted both. didn't fix it. got exact same error message when opened dw.

 

i read that, if didn't work, try deleting configuration folder corrupted file in. did that. dw still gave me error , wouldn't open.

 

at point, i'm not sure else should done , i'm confused due path in error message isn't there.

 

any appreciated!

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
