Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro install issue.

hello! have issue of creative cloud programs install. so, thing work windows 10 os , have tried multiple times download adobe after effects , premiere pro still doesn't let me. premiere pro appears "updated" no button open - neither on computer programs! , after effects appears "we have issue, please check later" without giving error code or that. i've tried uninstalling , installing again of adobe creative cloud programs , creative cloud app itself. keeps bothering this, please tell me how solve it? or has of had same issue before? hope can help! have nice day!

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
