Photoshop CC - Application components missing from the Application directory

hello - appreciate adobe community ...

i attempting install adobe photoshop cc (2015), continue error:

"some of application components missing application directory, please reinstall application." every time attempt launch application (see screenshot below).

 

the download / extraction / installation process runs each time attempt ... have reinstalled application 6 times, followed instructions use adobe cleaner tool remove creative cloud components, , redownloaded creative cloud application photoshop cc ...

 

i've rebooted computer each time ... still no avail.

 

i've looked through logs in pdapp.log file, , found these 2 error msgs:

[error] |  | asu | opm | p7native |  |  | 7372 | oobelib returned error: 1

[error] |  | asu | opm | cryptengine |  |  | 6512 | failed in key3list generation

 

system info:

i running windows 7 enterprise - service pack 1; 64-bit

intel i7-2640m cpu @ 2.8ghz

16gb ram

adobe creative cloud version 3.6.0.248

 

please help. have no idea next ...

 

double click photoshop.exe in installation directory.  problem?

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
