failure to connect to a DDE server

i keep getting error message states failure connect dde server everytime want @ document.  uninstalled acrobat reader , reinstalled did not help.  please me resolve issue.

please try solutions given below:-

 

 

solution 1) (this error occurs when have more 1 process of acrobat running)

1) go task manager pressing ctrl+alt+del

2) go processes in task manager

3) end processes related acrobat

4) launch acrobat again.

solution 2) open acrobat navigate menu & repair installation.

solution 3) check file association on system.

solution 4) navigating hkey_classes_root\acrobat\shell\open\ddeexec\application , changing key "acroviewa11"  to  "acroviewr11.
