can't delete from PDF in Acrobat X

i'm trying edit pdf. far i've made quite few changes wiithout problem. however, 1 item typed in myself , need change, won't go away. i've used text box select it, hit delete , nothing happens. i've tried same thing other text entered , worked.

 

it's simple, frustrating. can help, please?

please provide exact dot version of software & os installed @ system .also check whether there update available software after going through "help > check updates "

follow thread reset preferences acrobat software:- how reset preference settings in acrobat.

request check whether happening other documents or one.

please try recreate document & then  check same .
