ADE Authorized Old Adobe ID

somehow when installed ade, authorized old adobe id, associated email no longer have. after wasting @ least hour support, insisted old email not associated adobe id, ade using , trying send verification emails it. cannot deauthorize account unless verification email, , can't because it's being sent account no longer have. when downloaded book ade , transferred nook, nook said unauthorized user, guess associated new adobe id? couldn't download book ade on laptop, not authorized @ all, because said had been downloaded user (presumably user associated old adobe id). mess , adobe absolutely no , insisted can here. beyond frustrated. have ideas?

if ebook authoirze other or old mail adress can read mail adress. have not access adobe id can ask reseller if new download can linked current adobe id.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
