Question: Lightroom 4.3 raw file upload error - "files unsupported or damaged"

question: using lightroom 4.3 (upgraded 4.4). use nikon d3s , typically shoot raw files. card lexar cf card. use lexar card uploader. when uploading recent files received error message saying nef files “unsupported or damaged”. have tried uploading files direct hard drive. appear in nef format not viewable.

if put card in camera, files no longer viewable, though shots taken subsequently are. tips on being able view batch of raw files in lightroom?

did use version of nikon software process or transfer these files?

 

also, please confirm exact version mumber of lightroom using going menu command help->system info

 

it possible files indeed damaged, , bad card or bad card reader. try using cable directly camera? allow read photos? try using different card, take new photos, can read those?

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
