please help.

- tried update premier pro cc via creative cloud - failed error u44m2p7

- downloaded the manual file (as per trouble shooting suggestions) , tried update - failed again error u44m2p7

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
