Payment messages & issues


i keep getting message whenever run cc app that  "there problem payment" & have edit details. i've tried edit details can't because can't access field have change them, yet have invoice says have paid month...i can't contact support because says don't have phone privileges question & can't access chat option either - whatever happened old fashioned service & not building website goes round & round in circles doesn't provide answers & makes user madder & madder...good work on graphics apps guys condemnation having worlds unnavigable website (sarcasm). either it's because payment went through & it's system glitch or in 26 days universe coalesce seething ball of fury because can't work out how use forums...

 

this has been asked before because forums page minefield of faq's little no use managed make here resolute island in middle of 0's & 1's , shall remain here until answer.

 

oh why can't access chat function of contact/support - it's enough turn me ms paint (again sarcasm)

i'm in same place...they took $220 out account i'm still on trail version!
