My CC account links to a previously-used email address, not mine

computer: new windows 10 dell laptop (fast, powerful)

product: adobe creative cloud lightroom & photoshop, monthly subscription

status: new user (never used paid-for photoshop/anything adobe suite before)

 

i decided buy monthly subscription ps , lr before i've got installed, there problem.

 

the computer using shared one, used fiance. guess, @ point used creative cloud (though doesnt , never has had paid-for account). when open creative cloud, sends verification email old address of - not mine. cannot see way of logging out of being associated email address. uninstalled cc using official adobe uninstall app, when install again, somehow retrieves old, useless email address, not one. picked phone call them, 5.01pm , close @ 5pm!

i should add have purchased cc licence membership. also, have created cc id , have verified email address used set id. yes, have read , followed sign in , sign out activate creative cloud apps problem is, under "gear" icon, there 3 options

-help

-pin notification area

-quit

 

there no other controls apart check again , continue or resend verification email.

 

there sign out of account computer/adobe thinks want use.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
