Mobile Sync Not Working

hi there,

 

i (like many other) can not mobile sync work. have tried reinstalling lr both on ipad , desktop, deleted sync cache folder , preferences file , created fresh new catalog 3 photos in it.

 

nothing works, , never see status line in identity plate showing sync progress.

 

i did manage sync working on separate laptop connected on same home network, installation on pc (windows 7 64 bit / intel i7 quad core 16gb memory)

 

any ideas please ?

hi charlie,

 

could please sign out of lightroom mobile , sign in.

if not helps.

  • rename sync.lrdata file sync.lrdata.old

you can find sync.lrdata file here:-

c:\users\\appdata\local\adobe\lightroom\caches\sync data\sync.lrdata

this folder appdata is hidden first unhide hidden folders folder options.show hidden files - windows help

  • once done restart lightroom , try reconcile local synced data , cloud synced data.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
