Im trying to enter my code to redeem my purchase. ERROR ERROR

im trying enter code redeem purchase.
its send url: https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/getserial
then says .this code cannot redeemed here; appropriate url redeem code https://creative.adobe.com/redeem
and in 2nd url, says: we sorry. seem have problems on our own. try again later.
forever! does'nt change @ all. have been trying time.
pls help! (and sorry noobie english)
