Doesn't Animate CC provide the feature to export the Animation as SVG instead of Canvas

hi, i'm planning buy adobe animate cc. before that, tell me whether can export animation svg? want create responsive animation run on phones, tabs , pcs. if animate cc doesn't support, can suggest other product.
