Stop auto-populating in eSign

when documents grouped , sent signer, text data being re-populated below on other documents. these text fields aren't same data. signer scrolls through, text fields have been auto-populated data forms above. there way configure or turn off auto-populate feature?

if forms part of single pdf , fields have same name, answer not without changing field names on different pages. require acrobat. how documents being grouped? how form fields created?
