Can't open the illustration. Could not complete the requested operation

i can't open few files anymore. nothing special has happened, no crashes, updates on time, being in cloud. 1 not large, 93mb (and 1 artboard), other little bit bigger (a few artboards), gives same message: "can't open illustration. not complete requested operation" when file has been opened it's empty. there way prepare it? need documents badly

 

i work on operator system osx el capitan version 10.10.4, adobe illustrator cc 2015

i try "place" in new file, didn't work

in acrobat or phtohsop open file , see 4 pages. first 2 pages blank,

enabling occident recovery gave me 0 k file. not sure file format placed images using,but recomend .psd, , not sure otter fonts using, may causing corruption.

the type outlined , images embedded, incase helps.

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
