Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard and using a Digital Certificate.

we have adobe acrobat 8 standard , wish secure pdfs using digital certificate intended receiver can open pdf, ie, shared internal , possible external parties.

 

question ask are

 

1. know older version, standard support feature fully?

2. if best obtain digital certificate?
