Personalise a pdf for each recipient

i have word.doc converted pdf document. expect have 100 different recipients identical document. however, want personalize each pdf including name of recipient. how can change pdf document personalization rather redoing word.doc everytime , converting pdf. there specific section want insert name of recipient. open other ways. thanks.
