Dropdown menu from tab bar is blank. How do I get it back?

when clicked on creative cloud icon in tab bar, dropdown listing of programs have installed status indicated, update info, etc. dropdown still drops down, blank.

you may refer-:new creative cloud app unusable: it's blank!

 

and try :-black screen @ sign-in | creative cloud desktop app
