cannot erase computer authorization, it tells me to tryagain later but never works.

i have tried uninstalling , reinstalling ade authorized id still there.

windows:

 

    close applications.

    choose start > run.

    in open text box, type regedit , press enter. registry editor opens.

    in left pane of registry editor, locate following registry key: hkey_current_user\software\adobe\adept

    select adept key.

    choose file > export.

    in export registry file dialog box, select selected branch under export range. enter name , location backup registry key, , click save.

    right-click adept key , choose delete.

    in confirm key delete dialog, click ok.

    close registry editor.

    open adobe digital editions , reauthorize.

 

macintosh:

 

    quit adobe digital editions.

    navigate /users//library/application support/adobe/digital editions , drag activation.dat file trash.
