Photoshop CS6 Issues: Lost all my toolbar shortcuts!!!!!

hi,

 

i'm not forum asker, 1 has me in pickle!

and seems have started since downloaded parallels desktop onto computer (need architecture programmes)

 

but in regards photoshop, i'm having serious issues trying reset of keyboard shortcuts : such save, open, new file, or save as, curves, saturation, etc. when in toolbar drop down, of command short cut hints appear right of options have disappeared!!! (i'll attach screenshots see mean) there doesn't seem 'restore default" option in keyboard shortcut management tab either, , shows none of standard shortcuts there anymore... i've tried reset photoshot preferences manually going library settings doesn't seem make difference.

 

anyone have idea what's going on?! lost words.
photoshop still /working/ technically, it's taking 50x longer access functions slowing down general progress... help!!

try opening document , see if changes.

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
