image won't center during print

hello,

 

i have adobe cc printing thru accurip software epson 1430 - when print separations silk screening - don't center tabloid or letter size paper. i've checked settings in illustrator , accurip , ok.

 

anyone know how fix?

please tell software , version using (adobe cc not name of software - using indesign, illustrator, photoshop, etc, , version), os , version.

 

it helpful see screen shot of print dialog within software, printer setup (print driver) dialog, , relevant screen shots rip.
