sorry new this.  feature selected requires adobe premier elements.  have elements , using extensevley ediv pictures not video, how come not allow me edit videos?

i have never seen error code.

 

what operating system on? have got latest version of quicktime apple, per program's requirements?

 

what doing , video source when see message?
