Cannot download Adobe Design Suite Premium CS4 MAC English/French/Spanish from licensing website

i have design suite premium cs4 mac.  when try open of suites, message saying license has quit working.  told go licensing website , able download needed continue using package.  however, have tried download in 2 different locations , download stops after 20 minutes, saying time has run out session.  work non-profit corporation , need able use software.  please me issue asap.

error 150:30 license fix https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac-os.html

 

also, operating system version?
