Problem downloading Acrobat Pro X1

i purchased acrobat pro x1 teacher , student edition (purchased in 2014) , loaded onto mac. downloaded the product new dell laptop - worked ok. when run set , enter serial number receive message saying serial number invalid. took serial number products listed on adobe account. can assist? can't see anyway contact adobe direct email. thanks

try download acrobat xi link : download pro or standard versions of acrobat dc, xi, or x

also can refer article : error: "the serial number not valid product" | adobe creative suite

please let know exact os version of mac.

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
