Premiere Pro Crashing when opening a specific project

premiere pro cs6 stops working when specific project being loaded. happens when project loading.it has several other projects imported in it. can't memory issue since stops while loading no error code coming. have tried following-

01. renaming project.

02. changing path.

03. clearing cache files.

would appreciate if tell reason , fix.

thanks

try starting new project , importing faulty project new one.
