Photoshop Dialogue Box Pop-up?

i opened photoshop , tried typing website beeped , box popped up, first thought cause pressed wrong button while still clicked on photoshop, said this:

 

continue or allow adobe , third party(ies) something word in photoshop cant remember styles or filter or can;t remember, reason seemed that. or said allow view or send or something.


now kind of freaked out , didn't read of , didn't know , clicked right button think "no" or something(should have clicked x) don't know if did wrong or let not wanted do?

has had dialogue box regarding pop had? read them m sure clicked no or dont or think im fine wondering. wish have read better.

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
