Photoshop CS5 doesn't work on new computer

hi everyone!

 

i bought teacher , student edition of cs5 mac in november 2010. purchased new mac , put software on new computer. indesign, illustrator, bridge, , acrobat open (and work fine best of knowledge). however, photoshop giving me error message , not open:

 

i have no idea how fix problem.

 

in near future, want upgrade cs5 cs6. now, i'd able use photoshop have. looked in plans & products on adobe account , product shows up. there isn't download redownload it. , honestly, can't remember if got physical download or digital download when put software on original mac.

 

any ideas or suggestions on how fix this?

ps - also, dreamweaver, fireworks, flash catalyst , flash in applications folder. think they're there because did trial adobe before purchasing cs5. case? when try open applications, box appears requiring serial number or option start using applications on trial basis. attempted put in serial number cs5 purchase in case accurate, , says isn't correct serial number. , research indicates applications not part of standard cs5 package. these in applications folder because once used them on trial basis?

first set "allow downloads from" "anywhere" cs5 considered unsigned app because came out before mac's gatekeeper.

by doing can make sure cs5 install isn't blocked.

 

 

when cs5 installed, next step update adobe application manager

 

adobe - adobe application manager : macintosh : adobe application manager

 

when done, can open photoshop cs5 , run > updates updates in.
