Filter to Remove Color cast in Photoshop

i have ps cs4 32 bit, dose not work el capitan 10.11.4.

i have ps cs6 64 bit, can't use color mechanic 2.0 remove color cast.

is there filter can same thing removing color cast?

you know there comes point when need ask why using photoshop if want container plugins. no plugin available can better job photoshop @ removing color casts , easy do.

 

you not worse color cast in picture below

 

 

in less 5 minutes can using simple set of steps

 

 

its easy this

1) duplicate layer on original

 

2) select duplicated layer , run blur average filter on , set blend mode color

it image below isn't different

 

3) select layer , press cmd-i or ctrl-i reverse color of layer

 

 

4) have 2 layers opposite color casts mixing them can neutralize cast. adjust opacity of layer. in case 55% opacity right.

 

 

5) adjust levels sliders

 

 

6) adjust hue saturation

 

7) run noise removal filter , if understand s-curve apply that

 

this image regarded candidate image restoration quality awful, if simple technique works here can imagine how effective can quality image. adobe photoshop for. if made photoshop action above take less second run.

 

i should not best technique color cast removal, there better way, people method works fine.
