Admin Privileges needed to accept Mobile App send to App function?

i have standard user privileges on system per departments group policy , corporate policies. can't change this.

i have been in contact adobe phone support , via twitter direct messaging. call center told me can't me , need come here... (not appreciate when paying product)

 

are there documented permissions or settings allow adobe app manager run under standard user? typekit, assets, stock etc. work fine except apps tab.

 

trying use adobe comp, sketch , draw unable send full blown applications illustrator, photoshop , indesign.

i had log aam app via different user (shift+right click shortcut) , pending files began load in selected apps. got me thinking have user added adobe affiliated folders in computer full control. hasn't done me.

administrator rights required install software. i'd let department know case , see if able install products using account local administrator rights. once installed should able run products standard account.

 

i've seen other similar reports standard user acct didn't have rights temp directory. please see thread reference creative cloud trial apps - download error undefined?
