Tooltip widget on touchscreen device

hello:

 

i have searched forum problem have been unsuccessful, thought i'd try post. apologies if has been answered.

 

i'm using tooltip widget on web site i've developed. when @ site on mobile, touchscreen device, can pop tooltips can't seem hide them once they've been brought tapping on trigger. in doing reading looks widget not supported on mobile devices, although can't find in documentation case. have 2 questions:

(1) there way set options widget allow work on touchscreen (i.e., make if user taps again or somewhere else on screen tooltip goes away).

(2) if answer (1) "no", how deactivate widget in mobile breakpoint? when right click on it, there no option hide in breakpoint.

ok, found on forums helped (the search couldn't find reason found browsing!).

 

new question. there way set widget present on 1 breakpoint not other? can't functionality want on touchscreen widget (i'd go away when clicks outside of tooltip seems that's not option, can't things work on touchscreen). can't find way make not appear on smaller breakpoint. ideas?
