No pages selected - Printing issue

good afternoon

 

i having intermittent error adobe reader 11.0.11 (although previous versions had issue 11.0.1 upwards)

 

when user goes print pdf 1 of our hp printers message, cannot print no pages selected appears.  have tried several things including making sure protected mode isn't switched on, via both preferences , registry keys, , hasn't resolved anything.  see there have been couple of other posts far there doesn't appear solutions.  unfortunately because of compatibility issues other programs cannot go readerdc test this.

 

any assistance appreciated

please provide version of os installed on system .also check whether there update available software after going through "help > check updates "

follow thread reset preferences acrobat software :- how reset preference settings in acrobat.

please try : open acrobat > preferences (mac os) or edit > preferences (windows) , click security (enhanced) category. deselect enable enhanced security, , try print file.

is problem specific 1 file? if so, there may problem way pdf written (that is, damaged).check other files replicate issue.

please check different printer well.if file on network drive, please save on local drive & check same.

also refer forum thread :- when try print pdf documents, forst small screen says document cannot printed, small screenthat says no pages selected.  can't print whole document.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
