older version(s) should still be working

i have adobe photoshop premiere elements 9. use once in while, plan use more. problem microsoft windows 10 doesn't work version 9. don't want keep upgrading. isn't fair. how full-blown disc install , work windows 10 (64bits)? have use specific graphical driver version(s)?

 

when did video clip (with windows 10), able open, edit, , save clip. while editing, timeline disorder lines , markers. there few other things don't remember.

 

right now, using hp amd 2.7ghz. later, plan build new intel skylake or kaby lake, onboard video (until if can afford 1080). don't windows 10, need update windows.

try download link. validate serial number disk.

 

download adobe premiere elements 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
